Introduction

This Terms of Service ("Agreement") governs your use of the services provided by 1562029 B.C. LTD., LLC ("1562029 B.C. LTD."). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions described herein. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

Service Description

1562029 B.C. LTD. provides a platform that offers various technology services, including SEO, website building and hosting, and access to clients’ sensitive information. These services are designed to help clients grow their business.

Responsibility for Content

Clients are responsible for the content and information they provide to us, including sensitive information. We reserve the right to remove or modify any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates our terms and conditions.

Platform Operational Responsibilities

Our platform is committed to providing timely and effective support to our clients. Support requests submitted through our designated channels are typically responded to within 24 hours. We aim to resolve all issues promptly, though resolution times may vary depending on the complexity of the issue. Our dedicated client support team is available to ensure that your experience with our services is smooth and beneficial.

Confidentiality

1562029 B.C. LTD. is committed to protecting the confidentiality of our clients' sensitive information. We will only use client information for the purpose of providing our services and will not disclose it to third parties without prior consent.

Payment Terms

Clients must pay for our services in accordance with the payment schedule agreed upon at the time of service. Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services at any time, with or without cause. Clients will be charged for services up until the date of termination.

Billing and Payments

Purchases are due and payable in full by you upon billing. Charges must be paid in full notwithstanding any request for verification of items. Delinquent accounts will be subject to interest, late fees, suspension, or termination of credit privileges without notice.

All charges will be deemed final and binding unless disputed in writing within sixty (60) days of the billing date. You agree to abide by the standard rules and regulations of any Automated Clearing House Association processing electronic funds transfer payment transactions under this Agreement.

You agree to maintain sufficient funds in your bank account to pay in full the total amounts debited to your account pursuant to this Section. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or losses resulting from:
(i) labor problems, equipment failures, or other causes beyond our control;
(ii) the acts or omissions of third parties, including your bank, our bank, or other participating institutions; and
(iii) noncredit of any deposit.

Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been billed by 1562029 B.C. LTD. in error, you must contact us within sixty (60) days of the date of the bill containing the disputed charge. Refunds or adjustments will not be issued for any charge that is more than sixty (60) days old.

You may withhold from payment the disputed portion of any bill pending resolution of the dispute, but you must pay all non-disputed charges by the due date. We will notify you of the results of our inquiry and either adjust the billing, issue a credit, or notify you that all or part of the disputed amount is still owed. You must pay any outstanding amounts within fifteen (15) days thereafter, or your account may be deemed past due and subject to termination.

Any withheld payments may be subject to a late payment charge at the highest rate allowable by law.

Discounts and Promotions

Unless otherwise stated, any discount, promotion, or additional benefit offered as part of this Agreement applies only during the initial contract period.

All discounts, offers, and promotions relating to any of the 1562029 B.C. LTD. services are subject to change. We retain the right to end any promotion at any time and are under no obligation to notify you that a promotion has ended.

Limitation of Liability

1562029 B.C. LTD. will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our services, including loss of profits or data. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1562029 B.C. LTD. and its employees from any claims arising from the use of our services.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

1562029 B.C. LTD. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes in a timely manner. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
